2024 JAMB New Exam Date.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) date is 19th – 29th April 2024.

In a statement signed by the board’s Head of Public Affairs, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced a new start date for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

This decision was made on Sunday in Abuja. As you can recall the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) was initially scheduled to commence earlier, but it has been rescheduled to begin on 19th – 29th April 2024

The board’s Head of Public Affairs also stated that the Mock-UTME would be held on 7th March, 2024.

The JAMB mock exam was initiated to gauge both the preparedness of the board and its collaborators for the Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination and also for prospective candidates to get a feel of the main CBT test.

Hence, prospective Candidates should take note of the new 2024 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) date is  19th – 29th April 2024

The JAMB UTME date, was made to make room for some other significant national duties.

In so doing, the board looks forward to ensuring that no citizen is prevented from carrying out their civic duties.

He also stated that another factor is the necessity to allow those universities with a reliable academic calendar to resume as planned.

Lastly, He said the board would continue to associate with relevant agencies of government to provide its candidates with the best.
